• 1. Different psychics use different modalities in doing their psychic reading. Many use Tarot cards while others use other oracle tools. Palmistry, the art of characterization and foretelling the future through the study of the palm, is also very much a psychic modality. Many psychics use nothing but impressions that they receive intuitively, such as clairvoyance (seeing a vision in their mind) or clairaudience (hearing words form in their head), many times they are called mediums because they are the medium between you and the spirit world. All forms of modalities can be valid.
  
  
• 2. Most people go to psychics for answers about relationships (when will I meet Mr. Right or will I ever), or for questions about career or job issues (will they hire me or will I lose this job). Money and finances is another often asked question on which the psychic can give much clarity.
  
  
• 3. There are many good psychics out there but also many, many more charlatans. Unethical psychics may give you a valid reading but then they want to help you solve your situation by doing "extras" and charging exorbitant prices to get rid of "bad entities" or "bad luck" etc. Don't be fooled! Yes there are ways to clear your bad luck or to get rid of those entities but they should not cost you hundreds of dollars.
  
  
• 4. People who say they will put a spell or hex on someone for you may be able to do that but remember you always get back what you put out there. "Clearing" (removing old or negative energy) is more helpful and positive in the long run and much more beneficial.
  
  
• 5. Go to a reputable Metaphysical shop for the safest way to find a good psychic, one that has been in business for a number of years. They will usually have several psychics to choose from.
