| Rituals in Your Everyday Life
Rituals are already a part of our everyday living, although we may not consciously recognize them as such. Think about your routine when getting ready for bed each evening-each of us has a certain regimen we go through at that time that prepares us for a night's sleep. We prop our pillow just so, place certain items on the bedstand, check the alarm, turn the heat down, etc. When we don't 'prop the pillow' the night's rest is not as restful as usual, we don't get to sleep as quickly, etc. When we give our conscious thought to this ritual and express a clear intent along with it, it can be a very powerful tool in our lives.
