If you would like to return an item because you changed your mind or the product doesn't suit your tastes, we will gladly accept returns for exchange or store credit with approval. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt by phone (303 922-9063) or email (grace@nicnacnook.com).

There may be a 10% restocking fee applied to your return. You will be informed of any restocking fee when you contact us about your return.

Shipping charges will not be reimbursed on returns. Our shipping costs are minimal, used strictly for shipping related costs therefore there are no funds left for returns.

Once we authorize your return, please pack your item in a padded envelope or box. Only items in perfect condition will be accepted for return. Items not received in a condition that is resalable will be returned to you with no credit given.

Note: A few items cannot be returned under any circumstance. These include items such as opened tarot/oracle decks and other 'packaged' items. For a list of such items please contact us.
